I don't know if I could agree or not on his prices. Everytime he updates I get so excited because he gets great Dragonball Z cels and I know he'll have a few new one's with each update. I know he is fair because there have been times I would bid hundreds of dollars for a cel he is selling (or auctioning if alot of people inquire about the same cel) and I've either won the auction at my price or won the lottery at the price he is asking. I've never felt ripped off by him and I'm certainly going to continue buying from him. =)
