Dealer told me that he received payment, but has not told me if he sent them. Dealer does not answer any emails about the order. The 1st time i purchased cels, he gave me an EMS number to track it. This time he does not tell me the EMS # and does not answer questions about it. Yes, I did send a IPMO.
