  I had actually just received a Sword Pulling Anthy
cel from Taro today and it also has the "double cel 
layer setup". In the first layer, Anthy has a darker
colored bottom part of her dress and Utena's uniform 
is completely black. On the 2nd layer, it has all the 
trace lines and a different, lighter color for Anthy's 
dress and blue highlighting in Utena's uniform. I thought
it was different because I had never seen trace lines
like that on a 2nd layer before- but I guess it's 
common for Utena cels. I guess they redid the coloring 
in the entire sequence if all the cels have that.

  Anyway- hope this helps somewhat.
