This is an illegal copy made probably by a
korean studio. It's _not_ licensed and was done
without the authorisation of the studio or others
copyright holders.

"Gremlin" was auctioned one on ebay recently. I emailed
them to inform them what is that cel exactly but they
didn't answered me. (And to ask them how they can give
a "certificate of authenticity" on such a things :)
I didn't check if they stoped the auction or at least
modified the description.
