Whenever I see these fake Certificates Of Authenticity I 
always have a good laugh.  These American "cartoon" dealers
think that they have a real find when they try to
sell what they think is a "rare" anime cel (it's an import
therefore it must be rare).  The thing that really bugs me 
about it is that many don't even have the decency to 
research as to what the series is at least, but they have
their COA fresh off the good ole' laser printer!  hahahah!!!

And on occasion, I too get questions from people asking me 
if my cels are "real" and if I have a certificate for them.
What do you tell them when they ask for proof?
