Thanks, that was really helpful - I'll have to check out 
those sites.

I rarely, if ever, will buy a cel with a stuck sketch (or 
even know sketch, for that matter) because to me the sketch
is as much art, and as exciting to own, as the cel itself.

The paper I'm talking about might not be rice paper. I would
probably call it tracing paper, because its so thin - maybe
it is just a type of tissue.  It would be nice to see the 
cels with nothing behind them, but its not worth the chance
of ruining them.  And I agree that I'd rather have them 
stick to that than to the bags!
