Why is that? I scan cels for people's enjoyment and also
to sell the cels on my webpages. I get requests all the time
from people asking me if they can use the cels scans I've made
and I always say that they may.
The only images that I don't like that people "borrow" are those
that I or others have customized. These include intro or header
banners, cel images with stylistic edges and art and animations.
I have seen other webpages that have "borrowed" my animations and
other people's artwork without asking or giving credit(some of these
people post on this forum!).
