I have the same question.
I get upset when people "borrow" (this is putting it nicely),
my unique images, such as I mentioned above (ie. animations).
But I don't care if the actual cel images, that all I did
was scan and resize, are borrowed. Sure, I spent many hours
doing this, but it's a copy of a cel with nothing special added
to the image to make it uniquly my artwork. Okay, if was to
put a mustache on one of my Miaka cels, please don't take it!
