I think I'm still confused about Bonbee's system. I read the thread before about it and I still don't get it. Is Bonbee still operating under the first-come-first-serve system, or is it higher ranking members get the cels first, or is it lottery? I'm not talking about special cels (which I don't even know where they are) I'm talking about normal cels. A little help please... -ix the confused -_-
