A lot of people have said that Mangaya is slow but for some reason they were really really fast when I ordered a CUTE Kenshin cel from them.  However, the downside is that the cel (which is now not only on hold, or sold ,but here in my posession) is still listed as for sale on their site, therefore they MIGHT not have everything they say they do (and if anyone's after the Kenshin blowing inot the bamboo pipe... sorry its mine! ^_^)
