I'm also having problems with them.

I sent payment Dec 22 by return receipt and received
the receipt on Dec 27, and HAVEN'T HEARD A THING from
them since!!  I write them every couple days, but they
haven't responded.  I'm really *really* worried that
they're going to take my money!

And it's too much money to throw away...  I'm thinking
of looking into legal services soon.  If anyone else
has been screwed over by them, let me know so we can
work together.

I'll post any new info here.
