I've given up with Fan Anime this time. I placed the order very shortly after the initial update and ordered a few cels. I've yet to receive a response and the initial email was sent on the 5th. I've forgotten about them and spent the money elsewhere. :shrug: If they can't answer any of the 3 emails I have sent in that amount of time, I'd rather spend the money with someone who has good customer service.
