I puchased a cel from Fan-Animecels, and I am reluctant to
do so again.  I had to wait 3 weeks for a response to one 
email, and the cel came packaged very poorly in pieces of 
cardboard taped together, with no cel bag.  The sketch took
most of the damage, and it was not a good experience, 
not worth the time and money.
