I'm ordering from Hobby Shop K for the first time...so I'd like to know your opinion!  Are they prompt and communicative?  It seems like it...but second opinions are always great!  Thanks!

P.S.S-I just got this new oversize Battle Athletes cel!  Isn't it cute?  I don't know who this character is though.  I'm not quite sure where to put the cel...o.o  That's a slight problem.
