I have purchased cels from Hobby Shop K many times and I
give them my highest recommendation!  Naoki is very prompt
with communication - I've never had to wait more than 24
hours to get a response back from an order or inquiry. 
It's usually within a few hours. Their emails are very
clearly written.  Their site offers some of the best
quality cels for very reasonable prices (at least for
Sailormoon cels).  Plus they promptly send out the cels
once they get your payment - it takes about 1 1/2 weeks to
receive your cels in the States.

I can't say enough about them!  I won't hesitate to order
from them again - in fact I just did again today ^_^
