If the size of an image is under 80 KB, that's good enough
for a 56K modem to download.
The best way to scan cel is the typical 72dpi, then shrink
it down to around 400 to 600 pixels wide. As you save the
image as JPG, it should be under 80 KB, depending on your
compression rate. The higher the compression, the smaller
the file size will be, but this will cause the image to
look kinda bad. |
