Yes, I did search the other threads about Fan-animecells.
Seems iffy. I tried ordering from that site once, and got
an e-mail back saying cash ONLY because of some high fee
for IPMO. Are you kidding? Who in their right mind would
send cash? I lost a PMO already, at least I have a chance
of recovering that in another month. 

Anyway, I e-mailed back, offering to BUY MORE cels to up
the total so there would be no fee on his end. Yes, I was
offering him more business!! But it has been over a month
and no reply. Obviously I've given up on Fan-animecells,
even if they have some things I want (BUT, notice they don't
update their site much). 

Nothing irritates me as a customer more than a seller that
does not behave as a business should. Five business days is
plenty - no, MORE than plenty - for electronic contact, 
unless some important piece of news is placed on the FRONT
PAGE of the site.  Yes, I have worked for an e-commerce
company!!!! Rule of thumb is never more than 2 working days,
but for international maybe 3-4 days. Well then.
