Hi, I have purchased from Nichibei SEVERAL times in the
past without any problems!  My packages always arrived
quickly and very professionally secured.  They even helped
me find some very difficult to find cels and items!  I
suspect that they might be out of town somewhere (in Japan
or at a convention), so during that time, you will not get
a response from them.  It usually only takes them a day or
so to get back to you if they are in town, but if they are
out, it might take up to a month or so especially with the
huge backlog of e-mails that they have.  The best thing to
do is to order through their online secure form (the
expiration on the secure form just indicates that your
browser is out of date and can't handle the Y2K thing.  I
get that all the time on my old browser too, but rest
assured that your order IS SECURE.) and wait for a response.
That way, your order is in their system waiting to be
processed when they return.  If you still don't hear from
them in a week or so, try e-mailing them again.  I hope this
