I am not very good at appraisals of cels because in my mind what 
they are worth to someone who loves them has little to do with 
market value. -_^
However, I did want to make one comment.
You make it clear in your message that the cels are not clipped, and yet 
your scan obviously does not show the edges of the paint. In my experience, 
cels are not painted to the edge of the cel, meaning that you will never have a 
sharp edge at the edge of the image. Also, the registration holes are not shown.
Whenever I am looking to buy a cel, those are some of the things I look for, because
otherwise it is too easy to crop the cel to make it look as if the image area is 
relatively much larger. 
Just an idle observation.
