Cels usualy are in the A4 wide format. Most scaners
can only handle the europeen A4 or US "Letter" format.
That mean that around 1 to 2 cm can't be scaned.
That's why most of the time you don't see number and
holes on pictures. (Doesn't seems worth to scan in
two passes just to show an empty 1cm width area of
plastic)
