Cels Forum

AWS is a great place to go if you have a day or two in Japan.
They have literally TONS of cels and it takes forever to go through 
them all. As Melissa said, however, they don't sell individual cels 
to people outside Japan. You can, however, buy 100 cels for $1,000 (I think it is) 
and they send you one of their folders. :)
Or you can buy me a plane ticket to Japan and I'll go hand pick some out for you. -_^
