Actually, they are listed on the "Offline Dealers" page,
since they don't sell to anyone outside of Japan, unless you
want to spend the $1,000 US for a bulk order.
They're a nice store-- 3 shops within the Broadway Nakano
Shopping Center. One shop carries adult cels, and the other
two carry regular anime cels. They are closed on Wednesdays,
and every Tuesday you get 10 percent off cels. Once in a
while they hold special sales.
The only thing is you won't really find some of the older
series there-- they don't have all that many Rayearth, for
example, and I haven't seen many Marmalade Boy or Escaflowne
cels there. A few years ago, I think it was quite a different
case though.
They do have tons of Tenchi, El-Hazard, Battle Athletes,
and YUA cels currently. Of course, they also have lots of cels
of other shows too, but they seem to have tons of AIC's works.
