Well, the dealer has the rights to do it since he didn't
sign any contract with you, all he does was agreed with
you on email. However, as a small business dealer like him,
a promise is important to his fellow customers, but reality
shows that money means everything to him. He may make more
money now in a short term, but he may lose a long term
customer like you as years to come. Anyway, I think I know
