Score: Kevin -1 Yann -4 (-1)Yann points out a competitor's error. Not really a problem as it has become a common business practice. However, rather than point out to the world your neighbor has stumbled, it may be better to tell him his shoelace is untied. (-1)Yann implies error is intentional. While Yann never actually makes an accusation of any wrongdoing, it would be easy for one to conclude that there may be something up. (-1)Kevin gets a bit carried away in his response. Well, I can't really blame him for being upset. But he could have taken a couple of deep breaths before pressing that submit button. (-2)Now Yann gets personal. Maybe I read that wrong, (hope I did) but it sounded like a step in the wrong direction. Well, anything can happen next. Stay tuned... |
