DISCLAIMER (seems it's needed here) : This message is
not directed toward anybody. It's just some generic
comments about how I feel. It's not even directed toward
cels business : it's how I feel toward any business.
It's my opinion only and doesn't have to be the opinion
of anybody else. (so happy ?)

As a side note, David (from Nichibei) and myself compared
once a bunch of Sailor Moon cels we received from the
same company. For several reasons we arrived to the
conclusion that there was some chance of the cels to
be promo or copies. We weren't at all sure but we
had some doubt. Well, instead of ignoring it we prefered
to send back the whole bunch.

Point is that if a dealer is informed of a possible problem,
it's his/her responsability to do what he can to verify.
To be a serious dealer doesn't only mean not to vanish
with someone money. It's also mean to try to keep informed
of what is happening in your business area. Sure, you
can't know or notice everything. But when noticed of
a possible problem, check. The excuse of "we are doing
that as a hobby so we don't have any responsability" is
a little poor. (And in my experience, true "hobbyist" are
usualy the most informed and the last to let pass one
of their own mistake).

Cheers,
