The answer is not really... it is _VERY_
difficult, and not really worth the risk...
unless it _REALLY_ bothered you (like a
correction layer misaligned... or a cel that
would be "cut" if the layers weren't aligned
properly)...

The hairdryer method has had very limited
success for me... but be prepared to lose
the top layer (worst case scenario) before
you even begin...
