Hi mak,

I have a few cels that have unstuck corrective 
layers and I either place the corrective layer in 
a separate cel bag and then store it in a cel 
book on top of the other cel layers.  Or I place 
a piece of a cel bag cut to the exact dimensions 
of the cel in between the layers and store them 
all together.  That way it won't get stuck, but 
you can still view all the layers together.
