You should see my big sandwich of unstuck cel layers =). (Wed Aug 9 13:04:09 2000 )

Dear Mak,

I thought this might be interesting =). I have
one cel which has AT LEAST 5 layers of cels or
corrective cels (one has just the lines redrawn
and one has a color correction). To prevent them
from ever sticking to one another, I bagged each
layer in its own cel bag and taped the bags
together using the cel bags own sticky side, so I
could flip through the layers if I wished =).
However, it made my "one" cel into this HUGE
sandwich 8(! The cels now look a little yellow
due to the cels and cel bag thickness, but it is
rather an interesting way to store it =}. I only
do this with cel layers which I actually want to
look at the layer underneath later for fun =).
For uninteresting unstuck layers (like mouths and
eyes), I just slip a small piece of cel bag in the
area needed just as the others suggested. This
gets rid of that sandwich yellowing effect, but
you can't lift the layers later to look ;). It
also made me use up a lot of cel bags =(, but
sometimes, I just like looking underneath ;).

Sincerely,

Sonia
