Anyway, in response to getting in touch
with bidders further down the line...
I won some software after the three
HIGHER bidders fell through. I'd given up
on the item and was pretty surprised when
they contacted me. Only thing, he made it
sound as though I HAD to purchase the item.
I wanted it anyway, but what if I had changed
my mind? Is ANY bidder required to purchase
the item, even if you were one of the first
and were immediately outbid several times?
Anyone know the policy?
