Hey guys, I was wondering, if I happened to meet the creator of a character, or the voice artist (Japanese or English) who were connected with the character on a cel I have, would it ever be BAD to have that person sign the cel?  I mean would it be physically harmfull, and also, would it devalue the cel if I happened to want to resell it at some point.  Thanks! :)
