In my opinion, no.  I have never heard of a case 
where the cel has been devalued by someone 
signing it...I mean, the people involved with the 
show generally know not the scribble all over 
the paint.   It might be bad if they did that.  Get 
a cel with some white space for signing, and 
you'll be fine...
