Last year's Otakon was a bit of a disappointment as far as
cels goes. The only dealers (that I remember)with any 
quantity of cels was House of Anime and Asylum Comics. Most
of the cels were the same as on the websites, at least for 
the series I was looking for. In 1998, there were some good 
cels, even on Sunday (the only day I could attend,
and I bought quite a bit. 

Katsucon was the same way- one year nothing much, then the 
next year all kinds of nice stuff.

I haven't seen the list of dealers that are planning on 
attending Otakon yet- the website just has the form for
dealers to fill out.

The dealers room was quite big and the line to get in on
Friday was very long. Maybe that added to my disappointment
with the lack of good cels there. I still haven't decided 
whether I'm going this year or not. Once the list of 
dealers is posted, I'll see if it seems worth going.

I did attend Anime Expo this year and like most of the 
people posting here, I came away nearly empty as far as 
cels goes.
