Nope. No subbed CCS vhs. No subbed Gundam Wing vhs.
No subbed Princess Mononoke vhs. No subbed Sakura Diaries
vhs. More than likely no Ruroni Kenshin subbed VHS.
No Tenamonya Voyagers VHS whatsoever. Subtitled VHS, and
VHS in general is on its way out, so if you like your anime
subbed (or raw, since most discs include dub, sub, and raw
editions, and some include other languages like Spanish),
time to redirect some cel money to get a cheap DVD player.

Incedentally, the discs themselves take up less space than
VHS tapes, are easier to store/transport, don't wear out,
and here's the kicker: They're cheaper. As in I got the
Fushigi Yugi first season TV series for $60. As in the entire
first season of Rayearth for $55. As in most discs of currently
released stuff (Trigun, Battle Athletes, Lain, Cowboy Bebop, etc.)
for $17 or under. Factor in that with each of those discs,
I got the dub version, the sub version, the raw version, and often
additional features (production info, "clean" versions of OP/ED sequences),
and you see the bargains rack up. Imagine the cels you could buy with those savings!

This is my boyfriend's and my collection: http://www.dvdtracker.com/~mazingerz.asp
and how much we've paid for it. Every last one of them,
nicely produced, legitimately released, accurately translated.
There's just no way we could have gotten those kinds of deals on VHS.
