Yup, episode nine (I fansubbed the whole series before it
came out commercially, so I remember it quite well.  :P).
#9 was the "information overload" episode with a bunch
of live-action clips and a narrator going on about Roswell
aliens and the Schuman Resonance.  ;)  This scene was
a welcome relief from the barrage of information in
that episode.
