It's not a question of trusting : it's a question
of knowing. I know that cel was done for the
first OAV, at the time of the 1st OAV, by the
people who made the first OAV. In fact, I talked
to the animator that draw the douga.
It may or may not having been used in the final
version (you know, there is some editing before
an anime is finished) but that's beside the point.
