That's the IPMO you have to use when mailing to 
countries like Holland where I live.. When you ge 
one of those it's processed into the local 
currency and a different money order (Mine always 
come here in Pink, amazingly enough) arrives no 
longer in dollars, but guilders for me. This 
system sucks a bit because it tends to take 4-6 
weeks to be processed.. bleargh :)
