In Japan Dragonball is SMOKIN HOT. Thats why the 
cels are going for much more on YJ than you would 
think. Believe it or not but I personally don't 
think that DbZ cels have reached their climax on 
E-bay yet. The series is still making a climb in 
this country and most people haven't even seen 
half the episodes that exist. There is alot of 
room for increases in premo cels and as soon as 
DbZ hits its peak, you will see the reflection in 
price.
