First of all... have a great vacation and get 
some rest! :) Going back home after 10 years will 
be a blast! 

Secondly... I don't think anyone would flame you, 
or they shouldn't at least.  I think that the 
setup right now is very good. When there is 
damage to a cel, prices reflect it - or if it is 
significant, it's noted.  

But, like you said.. you can't please everyone 
all the time unfortunately.
