I mean, think about it - when do you hear the 
words "they're obviously just a newbie"? When 
someone says something stupid. ^_^   So by that 
alone, it should be obvious that it's generally 
accepted that knowledge separates the newbies 
from the non-newbies.

Quantity of cels is a bad judge. You can have 
someone who really knows what they're doing and 
just buys a few very expensive cels. Or who 
doesn't have a lot of money.  On the contrary, 
you can have someone who will snap up anything 
they come across and have a pile of. . . junk.

And time isn't a good judge since a person can 
either become informed, or remain insanely 
uninformed. It depends on how fast they learn. ^_^
