Knowlege is a key factor in being a newbie or 
not. If you know where to shop, when, what is 
good. You need to know how cels are made and all 
the common terms (key, end, book, hanken, etc.) 
You also need to know what to not say. When I was 
a newbie, I remember asking if anyone had any 
cels they would give me for free :) Also if 
someone posts the same thing on the same page 
(unless its an accidental double post) they are a 
newbie in my eyes. Proper care for cels is 
essential. Also, proper manners toward other cel 
collectors. These are my standards for judging if 
someone is a newbie. Anyone agree? disagree?
