Anyway- Frankly, lots of laws suck and are stupid.
I don't much care if posting images or screen 
shots is legal, unless I get sued.  It's so 
stupid to make it so no one can look at or listen 
to anything without some big rich company making 
money off it.  Art and music and writing should 
be enjoyed. Granted, the CREATOR should be making 
some money, but not the corporations that take 
over their lives and ours.  If you are trying to 
make money by selling it, that's different, in my 
opinion, but if you are just trying to let other 
people enjoy something you enjoy, I don't think 
it should be such a big deal.  Someday we'll have 
to pay someone money not to wear blinders and 
earplugs, because we might accidentally see or 
hear or read something that belongs to someone 
else.  
There is a thing such as courtesy, and then there 
is a thing such as stupidity.
