It looks to me like it's the second OVA because
Makoto has that headband thingie. :)  She's not
the first Ifurita he met, she's the other one
that was living with the scientist guy with the
two-pronged hair.  It's a nice cel, a wonderful
close up of a rare and desireable character.
I think you did good, OVA Ifurita is like money
in the bank. :)
