There were two OAV series and two TV series. This 
character (I don't know her name), is definitely 
not OAV; given the character design, she's 
from the second TV series, "El Hazard: The 
Alternate World" (or Alternative or something).

The tirst OAV, fyi, was "El Hazard: The 
Magnificent World," and the second OAV was titled 
the same as the first except with "2." The first 
TV series,  was "El Hazard: The Wanderers."  O_o'
