The character's name is "Gilda". She is head of 
the guard in the second El Hazard TV series, 
known here as "Alternative World".

If you've never seen any El Hazard, ix, trust 
me. . . Just completely skip Wanderers if and 
when you do go to watch it. I'm a die-hard fan 
and (with only a couple episodes as exceptions) I 
had a tough time staying awake. ~_~  Just watch 
the first OVA, then the second, and finish up 
with Alternative World. ^_^

Thinking of El Hazard, however, I just got my 
order from Yann. . . Check out one of the non-
matching sketches from AIC which came with one of 
my Nightwalker cels! I'm sure that's Ura! ^_^
