Yup, unfortunately I had ordered the cel before 
any of the serious problems started with him. 
Like back in September last year I guess it was. 
I had traded with him a couple of times and then 
bought one cel without problems. But after 
finding out he was saving dougas from his cels he 
sold/traded and then selling them later, and 
losing the money I did... he's on my 
blacklist. :p
