Hmm... I think I actually got a cel from 
Fan-Anime once without a problem... but one
success out of how many orders...?  

I did, however, have a really, really horrible
experience once with another French "dealer"...
anyone remember abdel?  :P  Man, there used to
be threads and threads about him... 

I don't think it's fair to say French dealers
are all bad (especially since I have some friends
from Paris who now live in the USA) but the 
odds sure are stacking up against them.  =(
We need to see some good/respectable e-stores
pop up from France to even the score!
