Hmmm, I believe when this idea was discussed on
JACML a while back (recall the 2-3 alias trying to
trade Belldandy cels they didn't own for Ukyo
cels), wndrkn set up a page.  Visiting her page on
fortunecity right now though, I can't find this
"fraud guide."  Maybe someone else can remember
better?

These things are always difficult though, exactly
where do you draw the line and give up on the
person?  You don't want it to turn into a witch
hunt but you don't want the page to be
not-very-useful.  Who gets to/has to decide?  Oh
well, at least it will hopefully be blink tag free
