You can also create "straddle" accounts - I'm 
pretty sure this is legal - if the reason you 
want to keep all HTML on your space is to maintain
design. That is, keep one portion of your site 
on you 5MB acct, and other portions on other 
free servers e.g. Xoom/Geo/Crosswinds/etc...
