I think all decisions about selling a cel (or 
anything) should be made *before* you put it up 
for sale. If you don't think you want to sell it, 
then don't put it up for sale until you have 
decided for certain.  Once you have accepted 
someone's offer and agreed to a sale, you owe it 
to that person to be responsible enough to 
complete the transaction.

It's irresponsible to back out of a sale because 
you got fickle and changed your mind.
