Yeah, I know what you mean. I felt it was kind 
of fishy, too...they only responded after several 
e-mails, and then gave me some long rambling order 
no. as thier proof...but it didn't really show 
anything. Just said they'd shipped it, and I should 
have paid extra if I wanted to avoid this. They 
even almost seem to accuse me of claiming to never 
get it falsely, almost like "hey, you have no proof 
that YOU never got it..." Which is mainly what 
irked me. Like I would be e-mailing them aout 
getting my cels if I had gotten them ><

And just to add to my day, the scar tissue from 
when the removed my wisdom teeth seems to be 
infected, because it hurts like a mofo and god 
knows what's wrong. And I forgot to return some 
library books for two months and returned them just 
recently, and so it's a $35 late charge...*sigh* I 
guess I deserved that ^^;;;
